Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman graced the orientation for the Government Internship Program (GIP) and the signing of internship agreements, November 7, at the Isabela City Civic Center. This event is a collaborative effort with the Department of Labor and Employment and is being facilitated by the Public Employment Services Office.

PESO Manager Aradelria Belleng took the opportunity to address the beneficiaries and stressed the significance of the event. This was followed by DOLE ICFO LEO II Christopher Borcelas, who explained the GIP’s responsibilities and payment process.

Mayor Turabin-Hataman encouraged everyone to seize the opportunity not just to contribute but also to gain valuable experience in government processes. She stressed the importance of seeking opportunities, especially for young individuals at the start of their careers.
