City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, through the City Human Resource Management Office led by CHRMO Rosella Luna, hosted the Gabi ng Parangal in celebration of the 123rd Civil Service Commission anniversary with the theme, ‘Celebrating Employees’ Achievements and Successes,’ September 28, at the Civic Center, Barangay Binuangan.
During the event, individuals and groups were recognized for their contribution to public service and to the ideal of a happy and dignified life for all Isabeleños.
