As inspired by the call for synergy in public service by Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, the City Government of Isabela through its City Health Office joined in the conduct of a community outreach program spearhead by officers of the 54th Special Action Company Philippine National Police-Special Action Force, July 20, at Latuan Elementary School, Barangay Baluno.

Dr. Abdulmanar Saliddin, resident dentist of the CHO, conducted tooth extraction while the CHO Mobile Clinic led by TeleHealth and Mobile Health Unit chief Dr. Sulaiman Tahsin facilitated consultation, and distribution of free medicines. Meanwhile, police officers were also present for Operation Tuli, free haircut and a feeding activity and parlor games for children clients.

The HAPIsabela Mobile Library of the City Information Office also joined the event by way of offering reading sessions with volunteers from the Isabela City Barangay Information Officers Network serving as reading partners.

The Community Outreach Program was a collaborative endeavor that was also participated by the Basilan Provincial Health Office, 53rd SAC, PNP-SAF, 4th SF Battalion, PA, 19th SF Company, PA, Supreme Student Coucil Society of the Philippine, Student Action Force-Isabela City Chapter, Latuan Elementary School, PNP Isabela City Police Station, and the Barangay Local Government Unit of Baluno.
