𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 | Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, along with Councilor Abner Rodriguez and Councilor Bimbo Epping, led the turn-over of the newly constructed multipurpose solar dryer on July 12 at Sitio Lantung, Barangay Baluno. The project cost amounted to P999,573.33 charged to 20% Development Fund. Also present were City Engineer Reynaldo Dagohoy and City General Services Officer Eugene Strong.
