𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 | Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman along with Councilor Abner Rodriguez and Councilor Bimbo Epping led the turn-over of the newly concreted road, July 12, at Sitio Latuan, Barangay Baluno with a P5,439,624.10 as project cost and is charged to 20% Development Fund.
