The group was sought by the City Human Resource Management Office to aid the city government in developing as well as to assist in designing its HRMD Plan. The initiative is in keeping with Mayor Turabin-Hataman’s directive to develop a modern and meritocratic pool of public servants abreast with current trends and responsive to the ever-changing landscape of local governance and public service.
