Presented by JCI Metro Basilan Past Presidents’ Council in cooperation with the City Government of Isabela through its City Tourism Office and Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office, six dance crews battled it out for supremacy at the “JCI Metro Basilan Hip-Hop Battle 2023”, July 06 at Plaza Isabela.
As part of Fiesta Alegria na Ciudad de Isabela 2023 and the 173rd Patronal Feast of the Cathedral Parish of Sta. Isabel de Portugal, spectators trooped for the nighttime dance extravaganza that featured the following participating groups: The Latecomers, Basilan Dance Group, 523 Family, L. A. W.
