The Information Technology Services Division of the Local Government Unit of Isabela City conducted on June 26 an orientation/training on the rollout of the HAPIsabela Queue Management Information System (QMIS) for City Hall clients.
In his discussion, Division Chief Zulfikar Sabdulla described the HAPIsabela QMIS as “a process scheduling queue… responsible for managing the order in which processes are executed and allocating system resources efficiently involving various activities, such as receiving requests, assigning resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.”
Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman has prioritized the digitalization of processes in the Isabela City Hall not only to efficiently serve Isabeleños but also to minimize red-tape and bureaucratic backlog, this as the administration intends to sustain its ISO-certified public administration of frontline services.
