In line with the City Government of Isabela’s commitment to quality services, employees’ competence, and clients’ satisfaction and in preparation for the ISO 9001:2015 audit, the City Human Resource Management Office led by Assistant CHRMO Mojahed Cosain held a brief orientation on Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) and Learning and Development Plan (LDP) to designated CSS Focal persons and Learning and Development Program Coordinators, December 9 at Isabela City Infirmary Multipurpose Hall.
Assistant CHRMO Cosain emphasized that the CSS is a valuable source of information as the city government is always looking for ways to improve and contribute to the success of its services and he also outlines the objectives for an individual’s professional development and goals for continuing education and training.
