On November 29, DSWD Secretary Erwin Tulfo, Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, and Vice Mayor Jhul Kifli Salliman led the distribution of financial assistance, family food packs, and other relief items to the families affected by the fire that broke out at around 7:55 in the morning in Purok 7, Barangay Tabuk.
According to reports from the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, 13 houses were affected resulting in 27 families or 139 individuals displaced. Nobody was injured or hurt during the conflagration as the CDRRMO Dispatcher immediately notified the ICFS and requested an immediate response from UECI, and both the CDRRMO FAS Crew and the Ambulance Team responded to the fire.
