Exercising the people’s freedom or rights to information became a very effective mechanism toward actualizing this administration’s top priority agenda for a transparent, participatory, effective and efficient governance in the Happy City of Isabela. To bring this virtuous principle in the barangay level, the City Government of Isabela under the dynamic leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman through its City Information Office in partnership with the Philippine Information Agency Basilan Information Center hosted a Barangay Freedom of Information Conference on October 17, at the City Infirmary Multipurpose Hall.
