Employees from the various offices of the City Government of Isabela engage in the initial rounds for the LGU Sports Festival, August 24. Vice Mayor Jhul Kifli Salliman, in a show of support, was also present among the spectators. Organized by the Office of the City Human Resource Management, the said activity is one of the highlights in the upcoming Civil Service Month this September.
