In line with the recent launch of the Department of Health for a stronger nationwide booster vaccination campaign dubbed Pinas Lakas, the City Government of Isabela, led by Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin Hataman, met with City Health Office personnel on August 5 at the Sakayan Conference Room to plan various strategies aimed at increasing the number of Isabeleños who will be given a COVID-19 second booster shot.
During the meeting, discussed were the schedule and strategic location where people can walk-in to get their must-needed COVID-19 second booster shot as well as the collaboration with the City Information Office to conduct information dissemination to ensure communities are receiving timely and accurate information in relation to the COVID-19 vaccine and booster shots.
Present during the meeting were Dr. Rufaida Aunal, Dr. Sulaiman Tahsin, Dr. Nujum Datu Indal, COVID-19 Vaccine Medical Supervisor Faridah Rasnah Sali, City Health Office Health Education and Promotion Officer Bernardita Hontucan and nurses Maridol Dela Cruz and Jane Buenbrazo.
