Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman and Vice Mayor Jhul Kifli Salliman bared their plans in their respective inaugural addresses as they unveil their second term in office, July 06 at the Isabela City Civic Center.
In the presence of political leaders of the city and Basilan Province, the two public servants spoke of their unwavering commitment to sustain the pro-people programs and policies they started in 2019.
Invited guests include Basilan Lone District Representative Mujiv Hataman, Basilan Governor Hadjiman “Jim” Salliman and Vice Governor Ust. Yusop Alano and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, mayors from neighboring municipalities, members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, city department heads and employees, and the city’s barangay chairpersons. Joining them are representatives of various government agencies and instrumentalities, security forces, nongovernment and civic organizations, the business community and the religious sector.
To lend their support, both the families and special friends of Mayor Turabin-Hataman and Vice Mayor Salliman also graced the said occasion.
The afternoon event capped a day of inaugurals as the 8th Sangguniang Panlungsod had their maiden session at the Kasinnahan Hotel and Resort in the morning.
