City Government of Isabela under the administration of Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman together with Vice Mayor Kifli Salliman and Judge Branch 2, RTC Judge Grace Tillah Alasco presided the 1st Qtr. Joint City Peace and Order (CPOC) and City Anti-Drug Abuse Council, March 21 at SP Session Hall, this City.
CPT. Mark Sta. Ana addressed the updates/report on the Peace and Order Situation and Anti-Insurgency and Anti-Terrorism Campaign conducted by 19th SFC, at the same time, Chief of Police, ICPS COL. Junpikar P. Sitin, spoke about the updates/report on the Peace and Order Situation on Law Enforcement and Anti Criminality Campaign and stated that Isabela City is currently enjoying the tranquility of peace and order but due to previous incidents was placed under color “red” in the hotspot category.
Bureau of Fire Protection, FISNP Edgar A. Quitoy discussed the updates on Public Safety, whilst, City Election Officer, COMELEC Isabela City, Atty. Mohaimen U. Ali talked over the election related situation and updates on COMELEC activities, re: May 9, 2022 elections.
City Director, PDEA IAV Jury G. Rocamora, mentioned the updates and status of Anti-Illegal Drug Operations and CY 2022 Barangay Drug Clearing Program and as of Jan.-Mar. 20, 2022, PDEA conducted a series of activities on demand-reduction and implemented the Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program.
Three (3) barangays in Isabela City were recognized and awarded with certificates for being a Drug-Cleared Barangay, namely: Barangay Sta. Cruz, Barangay Kapayawan and Barangay Small Kapatagan.
Meanwhile, a portion of the meeting was set to an open forum and other matters.
