Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia A. Turabin-Hataman along with Dr. Nujum Datu Indal graced the 5th Isabela City Inter- Madrasah Musabaqah held from December 29-30 at Tarbiyah Hall, BDRC Building, Sumagdang, this City.
Mayor Dadah awarded all winners with certificates, medals and cash prizes.
