At least 6 boys aged 10 to 13 years have availed of the free circumcision as city government launched its annual program dubbed as “Isabela City’s Tuli Program” facilitated by the City Health Office Tuesday, August 24, 2021.
 
Mayor Dadah A. Turabin-Hataman, who has identified health as one of her administration’s top priority agenda wanted to ensure that other health services shall be made available amidst the pandemic.
 
Leading City Health’s Day 1 Tuli Program were Dr. Nujum Datu Indal and other medical team. CHO shall only cater 6 tuli patients per day.
Interested young boys who wish to avail of the free medical service may submit their names to nearest Barangay Health Stations.
Strictly, NO WALK IN APPLICANTS ARE ALLOWED.
 
City’s Tuli Program is a medical service program conducted to benefit less privileged young boys. Free Circumcision service is conducted during summer vacation when boys are out of schools.
