ISABELA CITY COMMUNITY DRUG REHABILITATION CENTER Sitio Burakan, Baluno, Isabela City, BasilanCurrently at 98% completion, the building will house persons who use drugs or PWUDs classified as moderate to severe cases, and who shall undergo rehabilitation under the close supervision of our City Health Office and DOH9.
The center is realized thru local counterpart funds and a 5-million peso grant from the Philippines’ Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) facilitated by the office of DDB Executive Director, Usec Earl Pioquinto Saavedra, who is himself an Isabeleño.
Isabela City Local Government Unit was conferred the 2019 National Government Anti Drug Council Performance Award recently after garnering an “ideal” score of 85/100 in the DILG’s performance audit conducted in early 2019.
