With DepEd’s launching of its “Handang Isip, Handa Bukas Program”, the City Government of Isabela City in partnership with Isabela City Schools Division and Basilan Cable Home CATV Inc. proudly presents “TELEdukasyon”, an alternative learning scheme crafted to supplement the modular learning approach of the Department of Education through the use of local cable channels.

For Region 9, LGU-Isabela City was selected to present its best practices in supporting DepEd and its schools this coming opening of classes.
