In celebration of World Tourism Month 2022, with the theme, “Rethinking Tourism,” the Local Government Unit of Isabela City under the vibrant leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman through the City Tourism Office headed by City Tourism Officer Claudio Ramos II together with City General Service Officer Eugene Strong conducted the First Batch of the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Training for the city government’s security and traffic management personnel, September 20 at the City Infirmary Multipurpose Hall.
Supported by the Department of Tourism IX, the workshop is aimed to equip participants with ways of delivering customer service founded on Filipino Values. Additionally, it also designs to help them acquire and apply the techniques of interacting with customers, optimizing sales and handling customer concerns.
The training was facilitated by an accredited resource speaker of DOT IX Earl Bumotad together with Tourism Operation Officer I Marcy Malasarte. Another batch will be trained on September 21.
