January 28, 2021 | ISABELA CITY, Basilan – Project CIRCLE (Communities of Inclusion and Resilience through Collaborative Local Engagements) – Violent Extremism and Conflict Vulnerability Context Analysis of LGU Partners in Basilan, held at the Conference Room, CDRRMO OpCen, BCR, Binuangan, this city.
Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia A. Turabin-Hataman reiterated the City’s commitment to see the program thru as an effective means to cull out specific programs and strategic directions to ensure that violent extremism is prevented and/or countered, especially in the 12 VE-vulnerable barangays of the city.
The 2-day VE and CV Context Analysis will rollout specific approaches/PPAs designed to address VE vulnerability:
